PRODUCT RETRIEVAL
When a consumer purchases a product that he or she feels is inferior or unsuitable for consumption or use and contacts the manufacturer or distributor, we are called upon to retrieve the product from the consumer. It is then packed according to specific guidelines and shipped to the manufacturer for testing. Sometimes product retrieval also involves going to all area stores where the product is sold and removing it from the shelves by either purchasing it or issuing a manufacturer's credit to the store.
